Before your appointment, you'll receive text and email reminders to ensure you arrive on time. When you get here, our friendly staff will greet you and escort you to our lounge. Enjoy a drink, watch TV, play Xbox, or have a jam session on our acoustic guitar.

You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time and date using your email or text confirmation. Please note, we operate a prepaid service, and payment is taken 24 hours before your appointment time.
